1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TagSingCo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TagSingCo provides a digital karaoke queueing and playback synchronization platform. TagSingCo searches and streams publicly available videos from YouTube via the YouTube Data API. We do not host, own, or distribute any copyrighted video content.

3. YouTube Terms of Service

By using TagSingCo, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We utilize YouTube API Services to provide the core karaoke functionality.

4. Payments and Refunds

All subscription "Passes" (Day, Week, Month) are purchased via securely integrated gateways like PayMongo (GCash, Maya, Card). All sales are final. Because the Service instantly provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital access, we do not offer refunds once a pass is activated.

5. Account Abuse

TagSingCo passes are intended for personal use. Attempting to share a single account across multiple simultaneous commercial venues or actively trying to reverse-engineer our synchronization engine may result in an immediate account ban without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

TagSingCo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any party interruptions caused by YouTube API rate limits, Payment Gateway outages, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
