1. Information We Collect

When you use TagSingCo, we may securely collect and store the following information:

• Google Account Data: If you sign in via Google, we collect your basic profile information (Email Address) exclusively to securely link and track your active subscriptions.
• Payment Metadata: When you purchase a pass, we receive an internal reference ID from our payment processors to confirm successful payment unlocking. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, GCash pins, or Maya passwords. All payments are safely processed on secure third-party gateways.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email exclusively to identify your account so that we can assign and persist your purchased Pro passes across all of your TVs and mobile devices. We rigorously refuse to sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

TagSingCo uses third-party APIs to natively function. By using our service, you acknowledge the privacy practices of our infrastructure partners:

• YouTube API Services: We process search queries and pull public playback metadata directly through YouTube. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data while you use our search features.
• PayMongo: All payment transactions seamlessly flow through PayMongo's secure banking infrastructure. We do not store your financial data.

4. Data Deletion

If you wish to have your account entirely wiped and associated billing metadata permanently deleted from the TagSingCo database, please aggressively contact our engineering support team at support@daloytechsolutions.com.

5. Security Protocol

We use Supabase (built natively on PostgreSQL) empowered with strict Row Level Security (RLS) to cryptographically guarantee that your active session data and profile information are strictly inaccessible to other unauthenticated users.
